The Same

Two entities are the same if and only if they are occupying exactly the same location (within a structure, such as molecule or in a computer memory).

In the world of abstractions, if and only if they are references to the same concept in a human mind, such as Number 3. The same location in the mind!

Sameness implies Equality and Equivalency but NOT the vise versa - equivalent things, like two atoms, are not necessarily the same thing, like two references to the same concept.
